Russia, Never change

So since talks broke down between the US and Russia over the missile shield that was to be used against Iran if they tried anything. They are now planning to put the Tsar 100megaton nuke on icbm. Now if you know anything about this bomb, then of course you know that the Russian were scared of actually putting in the full payload into the original Tsar bomb they detonated. They detonated a 50megaton bomb instead, which is said to have shattered windows 560 miles away. That was with half the yield of what it could be.
