Fallout 4 possible location?

Could the next Fallout game be set in the Commonwealth? Personally I hope not, as it has already been said that the Commonwealth is just like the Capitol Wastes but with the institute. Still Any Fallout game is better than none. Lets hope that it's able to capture us like past Fallout games have. If they can combine the amazing scenery and epicness of Fallout 3 and New Vegas's vast armor, weapons, and buildables.
